For what we paid, The Grand Motel far exceeded our expectations. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, and shower was powerful. Location was great, short walk to cafes etc, parking was convenient

I am not a well travelled person and to me, this place was ultimate luxury. I felt safe and slept better than I have for a long time. The staff were great, especially Shane, who made me feel so welcome. The lift saved my hips and knees and was a real bonus for me. The spa and pool were perfect for my needs. I felt like royalty every time I walked through the front entrance! I will DEFINITELY be staying here in the future. Thank you.

Staff were very friendly. The cleaning staff were AMAZING ! Amazing customer service. The room was exceptionally MASSIVE and the beds were very comfortable. The shower, OMG the shower was AMAZING !! Very strong ! The rooms were clean and had air con and heating and a fan. Love that they had a swimming pool & the cleaners done their job exceptionally well every time we asked for new towels, rusbbish, etc. Staff at the front were friendly and always attended to our needs, esp my sons.

Walking distance to shops and restaurants Asked for a microwave for the room and got one Asked for the toilet seat to be fixed as it was loose and it was fixed straight away I have stayed here a few times over the last 3 years and have had no problems previously.

Anthony on reception at time of arrival gave us a great welcome. Kids loved the indoor pool/spa. Room was spacious. Foyer is beautiful. Lots of nearby restaurants, cafes & shops within walking distance.

The room and beds were very comfortable and clean. Brad was very friendly and informative about the surrounds. The location is ideally place in the middle of Griffith, on the shopping strip.

I booked a skylight room and then was thinking it would be small dark and dingy but was completely wrong, a big room plenty of light in the room with the louver shut. Bed was one of the best I have had for a motel room ever and very comfy. The Grand is in the main street of Griffith and a short walk from the railway station and close to a nice pub and shopping at the door.

The manager was friendly and suggested the Indian restaurant next door. Very good food. I liked the layout of our apartment. We had a bedroom each and because we snore, that was important. Aircon and over head fans kept our unit cool when it was 37 degrees outside.

The air conditioning is a little noisy but we turned it off during the night anyway as it is winter and not needed. The beds are super comfy, very clean, decent size room with a little table. This is our second visit.
